Residents can walk through gardens, enjoy beautiful views and share social time in our gourmet kitchen and common areas.
Located on a wooded half-acre site in central Boulder and surrounded by lush gardens and spectacular views, Bella Vista is a spacious 10-bedroom residence. Our elegant living room, family room, piano room and dining room provide a variety of spaces for daily activities, as do our outdoor streams, patios, walking paths and raised gardens. Each day, our residents have a myriad of opportunities for meaningful living, including both organized activities and opportunities to participate in the day-to-day rituals of life, such as household chores, caring for plants and outdoor gardening.

At the "heart of our community" is our gourmet kitchen, surrounded by island seating. Here is the place we all gather to read the paper and sip coffee in the morning, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. At dinnertime, residents can chat with the chef or help with meal preparations.

For safety and peace of mind, the Bella Vista residence and grounds are secured with state-of-the-art video cameras and an exterior security system.
